Principal Consultant - Anh
Our Principal Consultant is someone who is an experienced bookkeeper / accountant, having worked for over eleven years in the not-for-profit sector as a Senior Finance Officer. She is a member of the Association of Certified Bookkeepers (MNo: 23893) and is always keeping up to date with the latest accountancy practices and legislation. She is also the mother of three children, one of whom is a Participant in the NDIS due to his disability. She is very familiar with the claiming portals and often provides the oversight of plan management services offered by PMAbility.
Support Coordinator - Graeme
Graeme brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role as a Support Coordinator, with over nine years of continuous experience working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) since its early implementation in Western Australia. Having been part of the sector since the formative stages of the NDIS, Graeme has developed a deep understanding of its evolving processes, compliance requirements, and the unique challenges faced by participants and their families.
With more than 40 years of professional and personal involvement in the disability sector, including working as a Psychologist, Graeme’s lived experience has shaped his ability to provide genuine, participant-focused support. His long-standing commitment to inclusion and empowerment enables him to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and service providers, ensuring that supports are tailored to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Graeme is recognised for his practical approach, strong advocacy, and ability to navigate complex systems on behalf of participants. He prides himself on supporting people to exercise choice and control, while fostering independence and confidence in achieving their goals. Grounded in both lived experience and professional expertise, Graeme’s approach embodies empathy, respect, and a lifelong commitment to improving the lives of people with disability. Graeme also puts his efforts into supporting the IT Systems that PMAbility operate on.
